Kim Swisher and Alex Wieser of Mid-West GIS, Inc. recently attended the Illinois Emergency Management Agency conference in Springfield, Illinois. They were able to attend informational sessions concerning Emergency Management and how GIS & Mapping are used in different emergency situation.
